I've been coding PHP since I was still in school, about 12 years total, of which about half that is commercial experience.
In my professional work I'm currently a coder for a Colchester-based Web design house. All the unusual problems get thrown my way, and my topics of expertise basically include anything that isn't covered by the PHP manual. Stuff like payment gateway integration, AJAX integration, cool stuff you can do with GD, in-house ZE2 extensions, keeping insanely large MySQL queries manageable and stuff like that.
I also spend a lot of time faffing around with Linux, OSX and the BSD's, and virtualisation tech such as Zen, OpenVZ, Parallels and VMware. Also mess with Virtuozzo/Cpanel day-to-day.
In my personal life I'm a 23 year old úbergeek with two loves in his life, my other half Emma and the other being games. Currently (re-)playing FF7 and LocoRoco on the PSP :)
