Justin Finkelstein

Justin has been working with PHP since 1996, centred building and maintaining two bespoke content management systems for Redwire Design and extending the systems to allow for large scale e-commerce (over 200,000 products on Report Buyer and its subsidiaries), data transformation for BP and integration of Xapian in Report Buyer and others. In addition he also maintains office server and desktop solutions across Windows, Linux, Solaris and FreeBSD operating environments and handles Redwire's outsourced hosting solution. He is currently leading the company's mobile app development drive and

Recently, Justin has become a bit of an advocate for Xapian, the text indexing service as, having worked with a number of solutions, he has decided this is pretty much the best there is.

In his spare time, he rights the odd blog article (some tech, some random stuff) and is expecting to increase the volume of these in the near future, particularly focusing on web technologies and their applications.
